For our development projects, the Revive team seeks out undervalued properties and then renovates or converts them into residential spaces that celebrate innovation, quality and community. We see ourselves as guests in a neighborhood, so we work hard to develop without disruption. Once we feel that we’d be proud to move in with our own families, we know the property is move-in and market ready.
Custom Projects
Our reputation for quality and creativity has given us the honor of taking on custom projects for buyers. For custom projects, we find homes in buyers’ desired locations and then manage the entire renovation for them. The Revive team takes on a development manager role, consulting and advising throughout the project using our years of expertise and the relationships we’ve built with local architects, general contractors and suppliers. We know that every task we take on means one less for the buyer.
